摘要
为满足国内用户对高性能数控切绘机控制系统的需求,采用ARM9、WinCE开发了一款数控切绘机控制系统;系统利用ARM微处理器所具有的丰富的外设接口,实现了高速通信、液晶显示、电机驱动、光电检测等功能,同时利用WinCE操作系统已具有的强大的功能和友好的用户界面加快了系统开发;软件设计上提出通过对指令代码的分段优化处理以提高线段加工效率的方法,给出了步进电机驱动的具体实现和详细介绍一种高速、高精度的直线插补算法,该系统在鞋样切绘机上显示出良好的效果。
A high performance and low cost numerical cutting machine control system based on ARM9 and WinCE is designed to satisfy domestic demands. Many high-performance functions are based on ARM abundant peripheral interfaces, such as high-speed communica- tion, LCD, motor drive, photoelectric detection and so on, WinCE is distinguished by powerful functions and friendly user interface and this operating system quickens the CNC system development. In order to enhance the processing efficiency, a coded instruction processed by stages is put forward. The concrete software implement of Step-Motor control in support of WinCE is present and a kind of high efficiency interpolation algorithm is also fully introduced. This system works well on shoes cutting machine.
