镀锌层表面硅酸盐防腐膜的研究 被引量:69

摘要 采用盐雾试验和电化学腐蚀试验对镀锌层表面硅酸盐钝化膜的耐蚀性进行了测试.XPS分析表明,膜层表面锌以ZnS形式存在,而在膜内则以ZnO形式存在.由AES深度分布曲线的组成恒定区求得各组成元素的相对原子百分浓度(A.C.%):O59.2,Zn5.9,Si19.1,N2.7,S4.2,P3.6,C5.3. The anticorrosive ability of a silicate passivation film formed on the zincplate surface was assessed by salt spray and electrochemical corrosion tests. The results of XPS analyses showed that Zn exists as ZnS in the surface layer of the film, while as ZnO in the internal layer of the film. The relative contents in atomic percent (A.C.%) of the film obtained from the constant elemental composition region of the AES profile curves were O 59.2, Zn 5.9, Si 19.1, N 2.7, S 4.2, P 3.6, C 5.3.
