摘要
以万寿菊干花颗粒为原料,系统考察了超临界CO2流体从万寿菊干花颗粒中提取类胡萝卜素的工艺条件。在单因素实验的基础上,采用正交设计实验,对类胡萝卜素的制备工艺进行优化,以萃取温度、萃取压力以及萃取时间为因素,以所得类胡萝卜素的含量为指标进行实验,确定萃取温度为62℃、萃取压力为48MPa、萃取时间为178min为最佳萃取条件,在此条件下类胡萝卜素的最高得率为6.9775mg/g;采用紫外-可见光谱扫描,确定萃取产物为类胡萝卜素。
In this paper, the best extraction conditions for carotenoids in tagetes by supercritical fluid extraction were investigated systemically. The optimization of extraction method of carotenoids from tagetes was obtained by using orthogonal test design that optimized the affecting factors such as the extraction temperature, the extraction pressure and the extraction time on the base of single factor experiments. The results showed that the optimal extraction condition was: 62℃, 48MPa and 178min. Under this condition, the yield of carotenoids can reach to 6.9775mg/g. And the character of the production was identified.
