摘要
目的:采用 HPLC 法测定九味羌活颗粒中欧前胡素的含量。方法:以 Lichrospher 5-C_(18)(汉邦科技,200mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为固定相,乙腈-水(55:45)为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为250 nm。结果:线性范围0.18～1.20 μg;平均回收率为99.8%,RSD 为0.98%。结论:该方法简便可行,可作为九味羌活颗粒中欧前胡素的含量测定方法。
Objective：To develop an HPLC method for determination of imperatorin in Jiuweiqianghuo granules. Methods：Samples were separated on Lichrospher 5 -C18 （HanBang,200 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm） column with acetonitrile -water（55：45 ） as the mobile phase,at a flow rate of 1.0 mL min^-1. The UV detector was set at 250 nm. Results：The linear calibration curve was obtained in the concentration range of 0. 18 - 1.20 μg;The average recovery of imperatorin was 99.8%, RSD was 0. 98%. Conclusion：The method is simple, accurate, rapid and reproducible. It can be used for quality control for Jiuweiqianghuo granules as a commodity.
