摘要
基于双区加热法蒸汽湿度探针的热力学基本原理和计算模型,针对汽轮机典型运行工况,计算了探针内的水滴汽化长度数据。计算中干蒸汽采用连续相标准湍流模型,水滴相采用离散相模型,边界条件为恒热流;分别计算了相同壁面热流不同水滴直径和相同水滴直径不同壁面热流2种情况下水滴的汽化长度,获得了水滴汽化长度、水滴直径和壁面热流密度之间的定量关系。直径相同的水滴。其汽化长度与壁面热流密度呈指数相关;壁面热流密度恒定时,水滴直径与汽化长度呈线性相关。
Based on the thermodynamic principle and calculation model of double-region-heating steam wetness probe, according to the typical operating condition of steam turbine, the water drop vaporization length in the double-regionheating steam wetness probe has been numerically calculated. The continuous dry steam is simulated by standard turbulence model, the water drop is simulated by discrete phase model and the wall is used constant heat flux boundary condition. The corresponding relations between the water drop vaporization length and wall heat flux and water drop diameters have been obtained. The calculation result has a guidance significance for the design of the double-region-heating steam wetness probe.
