摘要
介绍了以苯乙烯、醋酸乙烯酯、马来酸酐为原料,三元共聚并醇解制成三元共聚物EsMSV。以单体配比、引发剂用量、反应时间和酸酐与醇的配比为因素对反应条件进行了优化。降凝剂添加量为0.2%,可将燕化0#柴油冷滤点降低10℃,凝点降低28℃。
A new pour point depresant for diesel fuel is introduced.The depresant was produced by sty-rene,vinyl acetate and maleic anhydride as raw materials,then esterified by octadecanol and the copolymer derivative(EsMSV) was obtained.The reaction conditions were optimized with the factors of monomer ratio,initiator dosage,reaction time and the ratio of maleic anhydride and octadecanol.When the mass fraction of EsMSV synthesized under these conditions is 0.2% in Yanshan 0 # diesel fuel,the cold filter point reduces 10 ℃,the freezing point reduces 28 ℃ simultaneously.
