摘要
试验采用化学辅助除磷工艺处理济南市城市污水,分析不同FeCl3·6H2O投加量条件下污染物的去除效果,优化药剂的投加量。试验结果显示:化学辅助除磷工艺是一种化学和生物协同作用的除磷工艺。在FeCl3·6H2O投加量为22mg/L时,化学辅助除磷工艺在进水含CODC200—280mg/L,TP3—5mgL,NH3-N36—42mg/L,SS110—150mg/L的条件下,出水CODCr、TP、NH3-N和SS含量都基本满足城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB18918-2002)一级B标准的要求。
The chemical-aid phosphorus removal process has been studied for treating the Jinan municipal wastewater under a variety of FeCl3· 6H2O dosage in order to optimize the dosage. The experiment results show that the chemical-aid phosphorus removal process is a compact integration of chemical and biological technology. With the dosage of 22mg/L FeCl3 ·6H2O, and the influent water containing CODCr 200 - 280mg/L, TP 3 - 5mg/ L, NH3-N 36 - 42mg/L and SS 110 - 150mg/L, the effluent water through the chemical-aid phosphorus removal process can reach the discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant (GB18918- 2002).
