摘要
本文探讨了在知识经济条件下隐性知识管理与企业创新之间的关系。指出隐性知识是企业创新的源头。隐性知识管理决定了企业的创新商,并在相当大程度上影响着企业的持续创新和合作创新。而隐性知识管理只有与市场需求紧密联系才能在企业创新中发挥最大作用。
This article examines the relationship between tacit knowledge management and enterprises' innovation in knowledge-based economy. Tacit knowledge is the wellspring of enterprises' innovation. Tacit knowledge management determines the innovation quotient and largely affects sustainable innovation and cooperative innovation in firms as well. But tacit knowledge management, only when closely connected with market demands, can fully play its role in enterprises' innovation.
