摘要
目的观察参芪扶正注射液辅助乳癌化疗的临床疗效。方法将68例临床分期Ⅰ、Ⅱ期的乳腺癌患者随机分为对照组、治疗组各34例,对照组行CEF方案化疗,治疗组行CEF方案化疗的同时加用参芪扶正注射液,并观察化疗前后消化道反应、体力状况、血细胞和心电图的变化,进行临床疗效比较。结果治疗组的患者体力状况得到明显改善,白细胞计数波动范围也不大,能顺利完成6个周期的化疗。结论参芪注射液辅助乳癌化疗有增强免疫、降低抗肿瘤药物的细胞毒性,提高乳癌患者对化疗的耐受力。
OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of Senqi Fuzheng Injection （SQFZI） combined with chemotherapy in treating breast cancer patients. METHODS 68 patients were randomLy clinided into two groups, the control group and the treatment group, the thetreatment group with SQFZI , and the effect remissim and stabilizing rate of patients were observed. RESULTS The symptom and living gualiting were improved in treatment group and the WBC count lower than control group, the patients in treatment group could finish the six period with treatment of chemotherapy. CONCLUSION SQFZI combined with chemotherapy has certam effect of improving immuniting reducing cytotoxicity of the anticarcin gcn and enhancing the colerance of the patients.
