斜坡摊铺混凝土振动碾牵引车的设计

摘要 为满足在斜坡工程中摊铺混凝土和沥青混凝土等高速连续施工作业的需要,设计了一种斜坡摊铺混凝土振动碾牵引车.该车由该牵引车主要由跳板,行走底盘,液压绞车和振动碾等部分组成.研制的斜坡摊铺振动碾牵引车在30°的坡面上可牵引10t的拖式碾,车上配套无线遥控系统控制振动碾在坡面上工作时的上下移动速度,牵引速度为1~30m/s,设备自重30t.所研制的设备在河北张河湾抽水蓄能电站工程中使用效果表明,设备的设计方案合理,施工效率满足工程需要,性能参数达到了国外同类设备水平,替代了进口同类设备. A kind of tractor of vibrating roller used for spreading concrete or asphalt concrete on slope t been designed. It is suitable to the requirement of high speed persistent work. The tractor is mainly compoert of gangway, moving underpan, hydraulic winch and vibrating roller. It can be able to tow the tractor of ston weight on the slope of 30° degree. The wireless remote control system is used to control the up-down working speed of the vibrating roller about 1 m/s to 30 m/s. It has been used on Zhanghewan Pumped Sto age Power Station in Hebei Province. It is shown that the performance index of the tractor has catched up with the same level of imported equipment, and it can substitute the imported equipment.
