摘要
为了在实验室模拟工业场合,研究和解决工业现场检测和控制问题,设计了一种基于AT89C51的单片机综合实验系统.以单片机为核心,通过A/D和D/A转换模块实现模拟量的采集和控制,利用按键控制模块完成系统参数设置,利用液晶和可编程时钟等模块进行采集数据和时间等的显示,通过串行通信模块、RS232和RS485总线实现单片机与计算机的通信,通过仿真机在线编写、调试和修改单片机程序.结果表明系统能够进行多路模拟信号的采集、处理、显示、控制和远距离通信,而且采集数据正确率高、通信实时性强,控制可靠.
To simulate industrial situations in a laboratory, an integrated experiment system based on AT89C51 is designed for studying and solving detection and control problems at industrial sites. It is based on a SCM, realizes collection and control of analog signals via A/D and D/A conversion modules, completes system parameter setup by a keystoke module, displays collected data and time via a LCD and a programmable clock module, realizes communication between the SCM and a computer by a serial communication module, RS232 and RS485 bus, and compiles, debugs and modifies SCM programs via an emluator. Experimental results show that the system can collect, dispose, display, control, and communicate multi-channel signals. Besides, the collected data are precise, its communication is realtime, and control performance is reliable.
