摘要
目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在Graves病与暂时性甲状腺毒症鉴别诊断中的临床意义。方法:采用彩色多普勒超声对未经治疗的21例Graves病患者、17例暂时性甲状腺毒症患者以及15例正常对照者的甲状腺内血流分布、甲状腺上动脉(STA)的各项血流参数和2维声像图进行检测。结果:Graves病组的甲状腺内血流丰富,STA的血流收缩期峰值(PSV)、内径宽度(D)以及甲状腺峡部的厚度均明显高于暂时性甲状腺毒症组和正常对照组(P<0.01),后两组之间的则无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声检查有助于两组疾病鉴别诊断。
Objective： To investigate clinical significance of color doppler ultrasound in distinguishing Graves＇ disease from transient hyperthyrotoxicosis. Methods：The blood flow distribution, blood flow parameters and 2D ultrasonography were examined in both the thyroid and superior thyroid artery （STA） of twenty-one patients with untreated Graves＇ disease（GD group）, of seventeen patients with untreated transient hyperthyrotoxicosis（TH group） and of fifteen normal subjects（normal group） by color dopple ultrasound. Results： Rich flow showed in the thyroid of the GD group, mean peak systolic velocity（PSV）, diameter（D）of STA and thickness of thyroid＇s isthmus were significantly higher in GD group than those in TH group and normal group（P〈0.01 ）. However, there were no differences in TH group and normal group（P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Color-doppler ultrasound may be helpful to differential diagnosis of Graves＇ disease and transient hyperthyrotoxicosis.
