摘要
本文报道了日本血吸虫尾蚴钻穿宿主皮肤的全过程和早期童虫在8种动物皮肤中动态分布的结果。阐明了血吸虫尾蚴钻穿宿主皮肤是依靠其体内头腺及/或钻腺分泌物的酶促作用、头器伸缩的探查作用及全身肌肉运动的机械作用而协同完成的。指出了尾蚴入侵皮肤界面和童虫在皮肤内移行常以倾斜角度前进,并非完全呈垂直方向或沿毛囊皮脂腺的通道。观察到童虫钻破皮肤血管壁进入血管腔的情景,这有力地提供了血吸虫童虫从皮肤进入血液循环系统的直接证据。
The purpose of the present investigation is not only in regard to the mode of entry by Schis-tosoma japonicum cercaria, but also concerning the dynamic changes of the schistosornula number in host shin at different time intervals after penetration Eight animal species including mouse, rat, hamster, jird, guinea pig, rabbit, rhesus monkey and pigeon were used. A small area of shaved abdominal skin exposed to 300 cercariae was taken at different time intervals from each animal species and altogether 29,115 serial sections of skin were made.Direct observations on the penetration of the living cercariae and histological examination showed that the cercariae penetrated obliquely into the stratum corneum, and later lay horizontally in or immediately below the horny layer. After a short resting period schistosornula penetrated obliquely through the stratum Malpighii into the upper layer of the dermis. They could very rapidly migrated to the deeper layer of the dermis, then entered the blood vessels in the hypodermal connective tissue. The plate on page provides the evidence relating to the entry of schistosomal larvae to blood vessels following skin penetration. This finding will contribute useful information to the subject of skin penetration by S, japonicum cercariae. There was no evidence of migrating schistosomula by way of pilosebaceous structure. The dynamic distributions of schistosornula in skin at different time intervals after skin penetration in various mammalian hosts are shown in Fig. 1 and Table 1, with the schematic representation of the process of ccrcarial penetration in Fig. 2.
