摘要
食管癌的发生和演进涉及多种染色体异常的积累,是一复杂的过程,但迄今为止还未发现特征性的染色体改变。应用荧光原位杂交(M-FISH),比较基因组杂交(CGH)等分子细胞遗传学技术对食管癌染色体畸变研究已取得了很多成果,鉴于以上几种细胞遗传学方法在探讨肿瘤发病机制中的广泛应用,且其在方法学上具有一定的互补性,现就其在探讨食管癌的分子细胞遗传学改变做一综述。
Multi-chromosome aberration are involved in the carcinogenesis and progression of esophageal cancer. However, the distinctive chromosomal changes have not been discovered due to its complicated carcinogenesis procedure. Many achievements in chromsomal aberration of esophageal carcinoma have been made by molecular and cellular genetic methods, such as FISH, CGH and so on, which have much complementation. This paper reviews these approaches and presents some of the recently developed applications of these new methods in both research and clinical settings.
