摘要
介绍了灰色预测理论在确定测量仪器校准周期中的应用。为了更精确地确定仪器在校准过程中的校准时间间隔,利用灰色模型对测量仪器的性能指标进行建模,得出仪器性能的变化趋势,为达到更高的预测精度,利用残差的一元非线性回归模型对模型进行了修正。最后以电压源Agilent66103A的输出电压为例,通过对其输出误差的建模来预测输出误差超出设定阈值的时刻,从而确定了仪器需进行校准的时间间隔。
The application of gray prediction theory in determining measuring instruments' calibration intervals is presented. In order to precisely determine the calibration intervals of instrument in calibration procedures, by using gray model, the model of performance index of instrument is built to obtain varying trend of performance of instrument. For obtaining higher predicted accuracy, residual error's nonlinear regression model is adopted to amend the gray model. Finally, output voltage of DC power supply Agilent66103A is taken as an example, through establishing the model of output error to predict the time, on which the error exceeds the setting point of threshold, thus the calibration interval is determined.
