摘要 根据香油和其他植物油在299.3nm处吸收的不同,采用紫外二阶导数分光光度法测定香油的含量,其测定的线性范围2~25μL·mL^-1,标准偏差0.77%,加标回收率95.3%~99.4%。该方法简便、快捷,其精密度和准确度均较好,可批量进行检测。 According to absorpting spectrum of sesame oil at the wavelength of 299. 3nm, which differ from other vegetable oil, the detecting method of sesame oil content was established by Second-derivative Ultraviolet Spectrometry. The linear range and standard deviation of sesame oil were 2~25μL · mL^-1 and 0.77% respectively. The standard addition rate of recovery was 95.3%~99.4%. This method was applied much accurately and promptly, and can be used for batch determination.
