摘要 对NGW型行星减速器的CAD进行研究,根据行星减速器设计属于混合离散变量问题的特点,建立了目标函数,在约束条件中考虑了等强度的原则,使齿轮弯曲强度与接触强度得以综合考虑。作者还根据数学模型的特点,编制了离散组合型优化方法的计算机程序。该算法将多种功能组合在一起,解题的成功率高,在计算过程中,方法本身根据计算过程不断自动地调用各种辅助功能,使其求得最优解。实例证明优化效果明显。文中还把CAD设计的有关公式、数表及有关的数据资料或转化为程序存入内存,或转化为文件存入外存,供设计过程中调用和检索。利用优化的结果,用高级语言编写与AutoCAD联接的接口文件(.SCR文件),从而实现了参数化绘图,建立了较为完整的NGW型行星减速器的CAD系统。 A profound research into the Computer Aided Design (CAD) of NGW type planetary gear reducer has been carried out Based on the characteristics that the design of planetary gear reducer is a mixed-discrete variable problem after establishing the objective function,the principle of iso strength has been taken into account in the setting of restrained conditions This enables the bending strength and thecontact strength of the gears to be considered comprehensively According to the characteristics of the mathematical model,a computer program of discrete combination type optimization has been worked out In this algorithm,a number of functions were combined and a high ratio of success in solving problems can be achieved. In the process of computation,the method itself can call for ,various auxiliary functions automatically according to the requirements to obtain an optimum result Application to actual examples has shown the optimization is satisfactory Formulae,tables and relevant data related to CAD have either been transformed into programs and stored into memory,or transformed into files fof file storage These can all be called and retrieved in the designing process Making use of the optimized results,the .SCR files interfaced to AutoCAD were programmed in senior language such that parameterized drawing is realized and an integrated system for the NGW type planetary gear reducer is established
