摘要 以电动轿车驱动电机为对象研究其适用的控制算法。描述了转子磁场定向矢量控制的原理,讨论了转子时间常数对矢量控制方法的影响、转子时间常数的实时补偿方法及效果,设计了一套基于转子磁场定向矢量控制的控制软件。并介绍了驱动控制器的硬件结构设计,以及装车调试过程中遇到的问题及相应的解决方法。 In this paper, the algorithm of control system fitting for the motor installed on the electric vehicle is studied. The principle of rotor field-oriented vector control is described. The influence of the rotor time constant on the vector control is discussed, and then the diverse methods of the real time compensation to the rotor time constant and their effect are compared. As a result a suit of optimum software is designed for the control system based on the rotor field-oriented vector control. The hardware's frame of the drive controller and the problems appeared in the debugging experiments on the vehicle are presented as well as the methods to solve them.
