摘要 用矢量方程解析法建立滑块运动分析的数学模型,进而研究压力机六连杆机构的运动特性及机构尺度参数变化对速度特性的影响。 A mathematical model is established for slider movement analysis through an analytic method by vector equation. Followingly, the paper makes a study of the movement features embodied by this 6-link mechanism built in this press machine, and also makes a research on the effects of the changes of the structural size parameter to speed characteristics. As a result, the theoretical bases are provided in this paper for the crank press machine with 6-link mechanism to be designed.
