摘要
[目的]观察复方血竭对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)实验大鼠的治疗作用及其细胞因子(CK)的调节作用。[方法]将动物随机分为复方血竭组、柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)组、模型组、空白(正常)组,除正常组外其余3组动物分别用2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)建立大鼠UC模型,镜下观察其结肠黏膜损伤及溃疡形成情况,并分别测定各组组织白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10的水平,进行分析。[结果]模型组大鼠结肠黏膜糜烂、炎细胞浸润与溃疡形成情况严重,其他各组分别有不同程度的炎症修复、溃疡愈合,尤其以复方血竭组最为明显,该组IL-1β、IL-6水平较模型组明显降低,IL-4、IL-10水平明显升高。[结论]DNCB免疫损伤使大鼠结肠黏膜呈现炎症改变与溃疡形成,复方血竭治疗UC途径之一,可能是抑制UC大鼠IL-1β、IL-6等炎性CK,上调IL-4和IL-10等抑炎性CK,从而调节CK网络,纠正异常的免疫功能,降低免疫细胞对炎症的反应性,从而有利于炎症的消除及组织的修复。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the resina draconis on experimental rats with ulcerative colitis.MethodsUlcerartive colitis rat model was made by using 2,4-(DNCB)method.All the model rats were randomly divided into four groups:resina draconis group(group A),SASP group(group B),model group(group C)and control group(group D);The lever of IL-1β,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10 and histopathology were assessed.Results The efficacy of the rats in group A,B were better than that in group C;The activity of IL-1β and IL-4 increased in groupA.There were distinct difference comparing IL-6,IL-10 value of groupA with that of other groups (P〈0.01).There was no difference of IL-1β and IL-4 value between group B and group C,D(P〈0.05).Conclusion Resina draconis is effective on rats ulcerative colitis. The effect of the medicine is achieved possibly through improving IL-1β and IL-4 activities in intestinal mucosa.
