摘要
为解决在传统凸轮型线优化设计过程中,动力学模型简单、几何精度低、设计流程自动化程度低的问题,利用MSC.ADAMS平台的参数化建模技术,对设计流程重新进行组织和安排,提出面向参数化样机的凸轮动态优化方法。优化方法在考虑零件柔性的同时,大大提高了优化计算的几何精度及设计流程的自动化程度,计算寻优过程的效率和精度也有不同程度的提高。
Aimed at the problems in Cam- shape- line optimization process, sucn as, simplified dynamics model, geometric accuracy, automatization of design process, and so on, and mainly based on the parameterization modeling technique of MSC. ADAMS, reorganized the different steps in the design flow, a solution named "Parameterized- prototype- based Cam - shape- line Optimization Process" was put forward. In consideration of the flexibility of the parts in valve mechanism, geometric accuracy and automatization of design process has reached a much higher level. The efficiency and accuracy of whole optimal process have been improved to a great extent.
