摘要
讨论了从醋酸杆菌发酵中提取ADH（乙醇脱氢酶）以及从酵母细胞中提取ADH的可能性．在一定的pH及酶解时间内，醋酸杆菌细胞内ADH活性很低，而酵母细胞内ADH活性相对较高．
A study is made on the possibility of extracting alcohol dehydrogenase from the fermentation byAcetobacter and from yeast cells. Within a fixed pH and zymolysis time, alcohhol dehydrogenase from acetobacter shows a low activity, while that from yeast cells shows a higher activity.
