摘要
本文采用工业铝酸钠溶液考察了不同分子量的聚乙二醇(PEG)对熟料溶出过程β-C2S二次反应的影响,并结合红外光谱分析,探讨了在铝酸钠溶液中PEG与合成的β-C2S的作用机理。研究发现,聚乙二醇可有效抑制β-C2S二次反应的发生,当添加PEG2000时,氧化铝的质量浓度相比空白样提高1.17%;PEG主要通过物理吸附包裹在2CaO.SiO2表面阻止二次反应的发生。
The effect of PEG on secondary reaction by alumina sodium solution was studied. With the PERKIN ELMER system 2000FT-IR and basing the digestion of synthesized β - C2S in alumina sodium solution, the mechanism of PEG inhibiting secondary reaction was studied, also. The results showed that PEG can markedly inhibit secondary reaction. For example, with PEG2000, the alumina quality concentration of digestion solution improve 1.17 %. PEG adsorbing on 2CaO·SiO2 surface formed wrap are the main inhibiting mechanism by physical adsorption.
