摘要
农民工是游走于城乡之间及不同地区之间的特殊群体。迄今为止,他们的合法权益依然得不到有效的保障,并时常受到当地社会的歧视和排斥。农民工问题的实质是农民问题,是传统城乡二元结构的产物和结果。在当前和谐社会的构建中,我们不仅必须进一步清理和废除传统的城乡隔离和不平等的相关制度,消除对农民进城务工的歧视性规定和体制性障碍,同时也应加大社会平等和社会融合的宣传,消除对农民工社会歧视,重建对农民工的信任及人们的社会认同,使农民工真正融入社会之中。
Peasant workers are a special mobile group between urban and rural areas and different regions as well. So far, their legitimate rights and interests are still not effectively protected, and often suffer local discrimination and exclusion. The essence of the problem of peasant workers is the issue of farmers because of traditional urban and rural structure. In the current construction of a harmonious society, we not only need to further clean up the traditionally urban and rural isolation and inequality systems, we should also integrate peasant workers into society by promoting social equality and social integration, eliminating social discrimination, and rebuilding the social trust and social recognition.
