摘要
对电大图书馆在远程开放教育中开展网上参考咨询服务需求和可能性进行分析,并以广东电大图书馆开展网上参考咨询服务为例,进行电大图书馆网上参考咨询服务原则、内容、手段、条件和效益的探讨,提出加强电大系统图书馆网上参考咨询服务工作的三点建议。
Looking at the demands and possibilities of virtual reference service in distance education, the paper discusses the measures and effects of virtual reference service in the scenario of GDRTVU＇ s library. Three proposals are put forward as regards to the upgrading of the service in radio ＆ TV university libraries.
