摘要
在分析了评价企业家人力资本价值影响因素的基础上,建立了多层次未确知测度综合评价模型。评价过程中,对于二级指标运用信息熵确定其分类权重,对于一级指标运用层次分析法来确定其权重,实现了定量分析和定性分析相结合,进而得到企业家人力资本价值的未确知综合评价结果。这为企业的人力资本薪酬管理体系的建立,推行经营者股票期权提供科学的理论与方法依据。
Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of entrepreneurial human capital value, this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation model of multi-level unascertained measurement. In the evaluation process, for second-rate indicators we use information entropy to determine their weights,and for first-rate indicators we use AHP to determine their weights, realizing the combination of quantitative and qualitative analyses, achieving the unascertained comprehensive evaluation results of entrepreneurial human capital value. This provides a scientific basis and theory for establishing a remuneration management system of entrepreneurial human capital and advances operators' stock options.
