摘要
我国征地收益分配制度的不完善导致征地过程中农民权益受损、失地又失业等社会问题丛生。文章首先分析我国征地收益分配制度中存在的问题,然后在借鉴国外发达国家征地收益分配制度和政策经验的基础上,为我国征地收益分配制度的改革提供相关建议。
At present, the faultiness of land expropriation benefit dirstribution system cause many social problems, such as the loss of farmers＇ rights and interests, lost land and unemployment, and so on. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the course of land expropriation. Based on refering the land expropriao tion benefit dirstribution system in developed countries, this peper puts forward some advice on reforming laud expropriation benefit dirstribution system.
