摘要
阐述了国内外矿山应急救援工作的现状与存在的问题,综述了我国事故预防的相关研究进展,提出了加强矿山应急预案工作的措施。
This paper expounds the present situation of and the problems existing in domestic and foreign emergency rescue work of coal mines, summarizes Chinese relevant research progress of accident prevention, and advances some measures for strengthening the emergency response plans of the mine.
