摘要
通过对高压空气压缩机气缸套内表面激光淬火与传统热处理对比,结果表明经过激光淬火大大提高了缸套的耐磨性、抗疲劳、耐腐蚀、抗氧化等性能,且改善了摩擦副间的润滑状况,从而很好地延长了气缸套和活塞环的使用寿命。
In contrast with traditional heat treatment application in the liner surface of high-pressure air compressor cylinder, experiment results showed laser quenching have greatly enhance the capability such as abrasion resistance, anti-fatigue, corrosionresistance and anti-oxidative properties etc of the cylinder,and improve the lubrication conditions between the friction pair, thereby extended the life of piston ring and cylinder liner.
