摘要
文章提议在研究型图书馆中有组织地开展制度化的非学历继续教育,以弥补学历教育无力向专业馆员及时传授图书情报领域新知识的缺陷。文章对非学历教育的教学组织、教学内容、教师遴选、考核形式、学习激励机制等进行了探讨,提出一些具体的实施意见,并指出制度化非学历继续教育将经历一个逐步发展和完善的过程。
The paper suggests that non-formal schooling continuing education should be organized in the research libraries so as to timely remedy the defect of the librarians who are lack of knowledge of library and information science. The teaching organizations and contents, the selection of teachers, examination forms, the mechanism for inspiring study are also discussed in the article. The author of this article proposes some concrete implementing ideas, and points out that non-formal schooling continuing education system in research libraries will undergo a step-by-step process of development and perfection.
