人类白细胞抗原-DRB1与抗瓜氨酸化蛋白抗体在类风湿关节炎发病中的意义 被引量:2

摘要 类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种常见的系统性自身免疫病,到目前为止,其发病原因仍不十分清楚。研究发现,遗传因素可能发挥了重要作用.其中尤以人类白细胞抗原(HLA)最为重要,约占所有致RA发病因素的35%。同时.RA患者体内存在多种对于RA的诊断具有很高敏感性和特异性的抗瓜氨酸化蛋白抗体(ACPA),此类抗体与RA的发病、病情程度及预后密切相关。近期的研究证实HLA—DRBI亚型与ACPA这两种RA强相关分子通过相互作用在RA发病中发挥了重要作用。本文对此方面的最新进展做一综述,以利于对RA发病机制的认识。
