摘要
本文观察了中药肝豆片Ⅰ号治疗肝豆状核变性(HLD)及对铜生化及肝肾功能的影响,发现该药无抑制外周血象及损害肝肾功能的副作用,对血铜等微量元素、血铜蓝蛋白及铜氧化酶、血电解质等无明显影响(P>0.1)。临床观察该药治疗34例HLD患者,4周后总有效率为70.6%,其中显效率为8.8％。
Observation showed that the Tablet revealed no inhibition to the peripheral blood picture and liver -kidney functions. It also yielded no obvious effect on microelements, copperoxidase. and hemoelectrolytes (P>0. 1). 34 cases of HLD were treated for 4 weeks, the total effective rate was 70. 6%, in which 8. 82% were markedly effective.
