摘要
通过对志愿者参与志愿活动的心理需求和动机进行分析,将志愿者按不同的心理需求分为六大类。然后,利用模糊数学的方法建立了不同心理需求志愿者的效用函数,并结合志愿者激励方法和手段的指标体系,分析和探讨了志愿者效用最大化的激励方法。
Through analyzing volunteers＇ psychological demands and motivations during volunteer service, the paper divides volunteers into six kinds. Then, the utility functions for all kinds of psychological demands volunteers are built up by means of fuzzy mathematics. At last, combined with the index system of stimulating methods and means for volunteers, the stimulation models for maximizing volunteers＇ utility are analyzed and studied.
