基于未知输入观测器的汽车发动机控制系统故障检测方法研究

摘要 针对控制系统故障诊断中存在的不可测干扰,利用一种基于广义逆的未知输入观测器进行故障诊断,并将此方法用于汽车发动机电控系统执行器的故障检测问题。该观测器对控制系统的状态进行重构,通过判断由系统的真实输出和其估计值之间的残差是否超过阈值来检测故障。仿真结果表明,该方法原理简单,对汽车发动机电控系统执行器故障的诊断准确有效。 To address the problem of undetected disturbance in fault diagnosis of control system, an unknown input observer based on { 1 }-inverse is used for fault detection of control system of automobile engine The observer reconstructs the control system and detects the fault by judging whether the residual errors between real outputs and estimations exceed the threshold value or not. The results show that the approach is simple and effective.
