摘要
目的修订玉屏风颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法高效液相色谱法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以乙腈-水(32:68)为流动相;蒸发光散射检测器。结果黄芪甲苷在0.25—5.0μg范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率为99.9%,RSD=2.6%(n=6)。结论方法简便,重复性好,适合作为玉屏风颗粒的含量测定方法。
Objective To revise the method of determination of the contents of astragaloside in Yupingfeng Granules. Methods The determination was performed by HPLC-ELSD using C18 column,CH3CN-H2O (32: 68) as mobil phase. Results There was a good linear relationship between the logarithmic of the absorption area and the logarithmic of the concentration in the range of 0.25 - 5.0 μg for astragaloside. The average recovery of standard addition were 99. 9%, RSD = 2.6 % ( n = 6 ). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, and reproducible, and can be used for content determination of Yupingfeng Granules.
