摘要
研究重金属Gu2+和Cd2+对黄口荔枝螺(Thais luteostoma)的毒性作用,并研究海水温度和螺的规格对毒性作用的影响。在预试验基础上,采用急性攻毒和联合攻毒方法。试验结果:Cu2+在72 h和96 h时的半致死浓度分别为0.94 mg/L和0.17 mg/L,而Cd2+在72 h和96 h时的半致死浓度分别为2.00 mg/L和1.10 mg/L。等浓度联合毒性试验表明:在72 h和96 h时的半致死浓度分别为0.86 mg/L和0.16 mg/L,在72 h和96 h的S值分别为1.33和1.07,AI值分别为-0.03和-0.07。影响因素研究表明,随温度升高毒性增强;螺的规格对Cu2+的毒性作用影响不大。结论:Cu2+的毒性比Cd2+强,联合毒性表现为拮抗作用;温度对重金属的毒性有明显影响,而螺的规格对毒性影响较小。
The toxic effect of Cu^2+ and Cd^2+ on Thais luteostoma and its influential factors were studied under laboratory conditions. Results showed that the toxicity of Cu^2+was stronger than the Cd^2+, the median lethal concentrations of 72 h and the 96 h were 0.94 mg L^-1 and 0.17 mg L^-1 for Cu^2+ , 2.00 mg L^-1 and 1.11 mg L^-1 for Cd^2+. The combined toxin effect of Cu^2+ and Cd^2+ were studied under laboratory conditions. The result was that the median lethal concentrations of 72 h and the 96 h were 0.86 mg L and 0.16 mg L^-1 , respectively. The combined effect of Gu and Cd on Thais luteostoma was antagonistic,We also found temperature has significant influence on the toxicity of Cu^2+, the higher of the temperature, the stronger of the toxicity. However, size seemed to have little influence on the toxicity of the Cu^2+.
