摘要
通过对拮抗细菌发酵产物抑制TMV活性的测定及体外混合对TMV粒体形态的影响研究,表明:1)拮抗细菌by33、by88发酵产生的活性蛋白对TMV的体外钝化作用分别为85.38%和87.47%;2)电镜下观察到活性蛋白能打破TMV粒体的规则排列,与TMV粒子不可逆的结合,从而降低侵染力。
Research on inhibition of protein from antagonistic bacteria to TMV infection and the impact of two inhibitor proteins on TMV particles were carried out. Results showed that the two inhibitors from zymosis fluid had the passivation effects of 85.38% and 87.47% on TMV respectively. Samples mixed with the two inhibitors were found to destroy the regular array of virus particles under the electron microscope and the combinative mixtures were not reversible.
