摘要
IEEE—P1671标准的逐步推出使得XML史件在自动测试系统中应用越来越多,用户使用XML来进行自动测试设备与测试信息的标准化交换,XML文件的解析在交换过程中则显得非常重要,基于树遍历的XML文档解析方式(DOM)在更新与结构关系判断方面存在不足。为了解决此类问题,提出了基于二叉树与单链表的XML文件解析方法,并在Lab Windows CVI开发环境下具体编程实现了这种方法。
The XML document has been used more and more often in the ATS with the introduction of the IEEE-P1671 standard. It is used to exchange information for ATE and test. So the parsing of the XML document becomes very important in this process. The parsing based on the tree (DOM) has disadvantages in refreshing and judging for the structural relations. In order to solve this problem, a XML parsing method based on binary tree and single list is put forward in this paper. The implementing of this method in Lab- Windows CVI is also introduced in detail.
