不同溶氧条件下亚硝酸盐和氨氮对中国对虾的急性毒性效应 被引量:47

摘要 研究了正常溶氧(5.5~6.0 mg/L)和过饱和溶氧(10~12 mg/L)条件下亚硝酸盐和氨氮对中国对虾的急性毒性效应。试验结果表明,正常溶氧条件下,亚硝酸盐对中国对虾的48 h LC_(50)值和96 h LC_(50)值(95%可信限)分别为69.43 mg/L(58.53~82.36 mg/L),43.80 mg/L(37.57~51.06 mg/L),非离子氨对中国对虾的48 h LC_(30)值和96h LC_(50)值(95%可信限)分别为1.36 mg/L(1.15~1.61 mg/L)和0.98 mg/L(0.83~1.16 mg/L);而过饱和溶氧条件下亚硝酸盐对中国对虾的48 h LC_(50)值和96 h LC_(50)值(95%可信限)分别为94.80 mg/L(79.77~112.66 mg/L),58.64 mg/L (51.40~66.90 mg/L);非离子氨对中国对虾的48 h LC_(50)值和96 h LC_(50)值(95%可信限)分别为2.37 mg/L(2.0j~2.75 mg/L)和1.52 mg/L(1.30~1.77 mg/L)。亚硝酸盐和非离子氨对中国对虾均具有一定的毒性,无论在正常溶氧还是过饱和溶氧条件下,非离子氨对中国对虾的毒性都大于亚硝酸盐,同时高溶氧的存在使中国对虾对这两种物质毒性耐受能力得以提高,且过饱和溶氧对非离子氨毒性的影响程度高于亚硝酸盐。 The acute toxic effects of nitrite and non-ion ammonia on Fenneropenaeus chinensis were studied at normal (5.5-6.0 mg/L) and hyperoxic (10-12 mg/L) dissolved oxygen levels. The results showed that the 48h and 96h median lethal concentrations (LC50) (95 % confidence limits) of nitrite for F. chinensis at normal oxygen level were 69. 43mg/L (58.53-82.36 mg/L) and 43.80 mg/L (37.57-51.06 mg/L), respectively; and those of non-ion ammonia were 1.36 mg/L (1. 15-1. 61 mg/L) and 0. 98 mg/L (0.83-1. 16 rag/L), respectively. However, under hyperoxic conditions, the 48h and 96h LC50 (95 % confidence limits) of nitrite for F. chinensis were 94. 80 mg/L (79. 77-112. 66 mg/L) and 58. 64 mg/L (51.40-66.90 mg/L), respectively; and those of non-ion ammonia were 2.37 mg/L (2.05-2.75 mg/L) and 1.52 mg/L (1.30-1.77 mg/L), respectively. Both nitrite and ammonia-nitrogen were found to be toxic to F. chinensis; yet the toxic effects of non-ion ammonia were more significant than that of nitrite, irrespective of oxygen levels. At the same time, F. chinensis could tolerate much higher concentrations of nitrite or non-ion ammonia under hyperoxic conditions; and compared to nitrite, the toxicity of non-ion ammonia was more easily alleviated by the hyperoxic conditions.
