水产品中多种激素残留测定的高效液相色谱法 被引量:29

摘要 类固醇激素在水产养殖中的使用会导致水产食品中的残留,具有一定危害。本文对罗非鱼肌肉组织中的加标激素己烯雌酚、雌二醇、睾酮、甲基睾酮、醋酸甲羟孕酮和孕酮进行提取后,经过液液萃取法纯化浓缩,用高效液相色谱法检测。该方法能同时定量检测6种激素。在0.1~10μg/ml范围内,这6种激素呈现良好线性关系。通过回收率、相对标准偏差的评价,该方法对雌二醇、睾酮、甲基睾酮及孕酮的测定准确性可靠,回收率大于70%,可以应用于实际检测。 Steroid hormones used in aquaculture may produce residues in aquatic products, and be harmful to human health. In this study, tilapia muscle was treated with six kinds of hormones, including diethylstilbestrol, estradiol, testosterone, methyltestosterone,medroxyprogesterone and progesterone, and the residues were procured by liquid-liquid extraction and determined by HPLC. This method could test the six residues simultaneously. Good linearity of detection was obtained for hormones between concentrations of 1. 1μg/ml- 10μg/ml. Evaluated by recovery rate, which was greater than 70 %, and coefficients of both withinrun and between-run variations, this method was found to be reliable to test residues of estradiol, testosterone, methyltestosterone and medroxyprogesterone in seafood.
