摘要
少年速滑运动员的训练是影响我国速滑项目可持续性发展的关键性问题。采用理论与实践相结合的方法,分析少年速滑运动员进行有氧耐力训练的重要性,并指出进行有氧耐力训练时应注意的问题、训练方法和负荷安排,以期为基层教练员指导少年速滑运动员训练提供借鉴。
How about the junior speed skaters'training has eritieall influence for the long distance event of Chinese speed skating to approach world advanced level. Starting with the importance, available method and notice of junior speed skaters'aerobic endurance training,the article indicates that it's necessary to think much of their aerobic endurance training which may is a stabile base for them to be a excellent skater in the future. It suggests to find out the compulsory index of aerobic metabolism for aerobic endurance training under their physiological characteristic. It discusses that the management and method of junior speed skaters'aerobic endurance training should be correlative, scientific, designing and systematic.
