摘要
名人虚假广告现象是当前社会关注的热点,一方面,商家为追求利润最大化,用名人特有的感染力,通过名人的虚假推荐极为兜售产品愚害消费者;另一方面,名人也因此获得巨额回报,但却不承担任何责任。这是建设和谐社会中极不和和谐的现象,同时也对我国现行法律制度提出了挑战。
The celebrity false advertisement phenomenon is a hot spot which the current society pays attention,on the one hand is the merchant for the pursue profit maximization,with the celebrity unique power,peddles the product simpleminded evil consumer vigorously through celebrity's false recommendation;On the other hand celebrity also the refore obtains the large amount repayment,but actually doesnot under take any responsibility.This is in the construction harmonious society not the harmonious phenomenon,simultaneously also proposed the challenge to our country present law system.
