胺碘酮联合缬沙坦和曲美他嗪预防阵发性房颤发作疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨胺碘酮联合缬沙坦+曲美他嗪对预防阵发性心房颤动(房颤)发作的疗效。方法:选取2006年4月-2007年2月46例阵发性心房颤动患者,随机分为两组。治疗组(n=23)给予胺碘酮联合缬沙坦+曲美他嗪治疗,对照组(n=23)给予胺碘酮治疗。患者自行检测是否有房颤发作及发作的频率,每月行常规心电图检查,试验后10个月分别测两组左心房内径大小。结果:房颤发作频率和复发率治疗组明显低于对照组(P均〈0.05),治疗后两组左房内径测定差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:胺碘酮联合缬沙坦+曲美他嗪可明显降低阵发性房颤复发率及发作频率。
