慢性缺血性心脏病患者心功能与血浆内皮素1、NO水平的关系 被引量:1

The Relationship between Cardiac Function and Plasma Endothelin-1 and Nitric Oxide in Chronic Ischemic Heart Disease

摘要 目的探讨慢性缺血性心脏病患者心功能与血浆内皮素1(endothelin-1,ET-1)、NO水平之间的关系。方法采用ELISA法检测121例慢性缺血性心脏病患者和37例健康体检者血浆ET-1水平,采用EIA法检测NO水平,超声心动图测量左心室射血分数(LVEF)。结果心功能Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级组ET-1水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),NO水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。LVEF与ET-1水平呈负相关(r=-0.83,P<0.01),LVEF与NO水平呈正相关(r=0.86,P<0.01)。结论在慢性缺血性心脏病患者中,血浆ET-1水平随着心功能的恶化逐渐升高,NO水平随着心功能的恶化逐渐降低。 Objective To evaluate relation between heart function and endothelin-1 (ET-1) level, nitric oxide(NO)level in the patients suffering from chronic ischemic heart disease. Methods One hundred and twenty one patients with chronic ischemic heart disease and 37 healthy individuals were included in the study. Plasma ET-1 levels of all subjects were measured using ELISA and plasma NO levels were measured using EIA. Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was measured by echocardiography. Results The ET-1 level of patients was significantly higher than that of controls(P〈 0. 05, P〈0. 01). The ET-1 level increased significantly upon the progression from NHYA ClassⅠto Ⅳ(P〈0.01). The NO level of patients was significantly lower than that of controls(P〈0.01). The NO level decreased significantly upon the progression from NHYA Class Ⅰ to Ⅳ(P〈0.01). Conclusion In chronic ischemic heart disease, the level of plasma ET-1 is increased and the level of plasma NO is decreased with the severity of cardiac failure.
