Construction of Ni(OH)_2 and NiO Hollow Spheres with Nanoflakelets

摘要 以苯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物(PSA)乳胶粒为模板,分别制备了结构新颖的α-Ni(OH)2和Ni O的空心球壳。在适宜的条件下,首先在PSA乳胶粒表面生长一层Ni(OH)2,制得核壳结构的复合微球。用有机溶剂溶去模板得到Ni(OH)2空心球壳;在空气中焙烧除去模板,得到的是Ni O空心球壳。经物相分析表明壳层是α-Ni(OH)2。用TEM、SEM对核壳结构微球和空心微球的形貌和微结构进行分析。结果表明,壳层是由片状的Ni(OH)2纳米晶构筑而成,焙烧后得到的Ni O空心球壳是由片状的Ni O纳米晶构筑而成。 α-Ni(OH)2 and NiO hollow spheres have been prepared using the core/shell fabrication method with poly-(styrene-acrylic acid) (PSA) latex particles as the tem- plate. The PSA/Ni(OH)2 core/shell composite particles were prepared by multi-cycles of coating in the optimum concentration of reactants, α-Ni(OH)2 hollow spheres were obtained after removing the template by dissolving the polymer in the organic solvent, and NiO hollow spheres were obtained by calcining the composite particles in air. TEM and SEM images showed that the hollow shells exhibit an unusual form of hierarchical structure constructed by α-Ni(OH)2 or NiO nanoflaklets.
