摘要
采用UHMWPEF与碳纤维混杂复合,可有望解决碳纤维复合材料应用过程中的高成本问题.为了提高UHMWPEF与碳纤维混杂复合材料的界面强度,采用紫外辐照接枝方法对UHMW-PEF织物表面进行改性,考察了不同接枝条件对织物改性的影响.实验结果表明:接枝方法、接枝单体、引发剂、除氧剂和紫外辐照时间等因素的变化都可明显改变UHMWPEF织物表面接枝率;UHMWPEF与碳纤维混杂复合材料的层间剪切性能也明显提高.
Using UHMWPEF/CF hybrid composite instead of pure CF composite, could be expected to solve the problem of high cost on CF composite application. To increase the interface strength of UHMWPE/CF, the surface of UHMWPEF fabric was modified by UV graft polymerization, and the modification conditions were investigated. Results showed that the graft efficiency and inter-laminar shear strength of hybrid composite could be improved by graft method, monitor, deoxidant and solicitation agent, etc.
