摘要
目的研究针刺内关穴对心律失常病人脉象频域特性的影响。方法以15例临床心律失常病人为研究对象,使用自主设计的针刺仪与脉象仪,检测针刺内关穴前后的脉象图以及针刺过程中针体受力数据,采用粗粒谱法对脉象数据进行频域分析,以所得功率谱中主频幅值P1与次主频幅值P2的比值作为特征参数,比较针刺前后此特征参数的变化。结果针刺前后脉象功率谱的特征参数发生显著性改变(P<0.05)。结论针刺内关穴使心血管系统获得优化方向的调节,从而有利于心率失常患者的心功能康复。
Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture at point Neiguan(PC6) on the frequency characteristics of the pulse picture for patients with arrhythmia. Methods 15 volunteer patients with arrhythmia were taken as our subjects. Self-designed pulse apparatus and acupuncture dynamometer were used to detect the pulse picture and the force imposed to the needle while manipulating. Coarse grained method was used for frequency analysis to obtain the power spectrum density. The ratio of the magnitude of the main frequency to that of the vice frequency was taken as a characteristic parameter. The parameter before acupuncture was compared with that after acupuncture. Results The characteristic parameter increased remarkably ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture at PC6 could improve the cardio - vascular system and promote the recovery of arrhythmia.
