摘要
上海市杨浦区的"三区联动"战略是中国城市和地区发挥大学地方效应的一种理念探索,尽管理念有所创新,但是在实施过程中,该战略的成效并不显著。试图从战略实施过程中的行动目标、实施路径和互动主体之间的关系性质三个角度进行研究分析,揭示了该战略实施过程中存在的主要问题,以期为杨浦"三区联动"战略的深化和大学地方效应的充分发挥以及为中国其他类似的大学密集区的发展提供有益的借鉴和启示。
The ＂Three Zone Interact＂ strat- egy of Shanghai Yangpu District is a conceptual exploration for the Chinese city and local community to leverage universities on local development, Although its concept is somehow, creative, in the course of strategy implementation, its actual effects are invisible and vague, This article tries to illuminate the crux of the problem from three perspectives： action objective, implemental means, the relation nature of interactive bodies. The goal of this article is expected to enhance the ＂Three Zone Interact＂ strategy and promote the local leverages of universities, meanwhile to enlighten the development of other university clustered community in China,
