摘要 在维护工作中,对飞机交、直流电源系统及各部件进行性能测试和校验是发现电源系统及其各部件异常的常用手段,对及时排除故障隐患,保证飞行安全十分重要。本文采用虚拟仪器技术、计算机测控技术及变频调速技术实现了对飞机交、直流电源系统的离位闭环性能的自动测试及其各部件性能的自动测试与校验。介绍了系统的软硬件设计、交流发电机输出电压的测量及其异常识别方法。以LabWindows/CVI作为系统软件的开发平台,增强了系统软件的可维护性及可扩展性。实验室和现场的测试结果表明,该综合测试系统提高了测试精度和效率,能及时发现异常,达到了维护规程的要求。该综合测试系统已用于飞机电源系统的维修保障工作中,实际应用效果良好。 Testing and monitoring the parameters and performance of aircraft AC, DC power systems and their components are a general method for finding their anomaly states. To troubleshoot latent faults and guarantee flight security, the testing and monitoring are very important in the maintenance procedure. Virtual instrument technology, computer control technology and variable frequency speed adjusting technology, are used to implement testing and monitoring of the parameters and performance of aircraft AC, DC power systems and their components. The hardware and software design, AC generator output voltage measurement and its anomaly state discrimination are introduced. In order to improve the maintainability and scalability of the system software, LabWindows/CVI is utilized as the development tool. Laboratory. and field test results indicate that the test aecuracy and efficiency are improved; the anomaly state can be detected anti found in time, the accuracy demand of the maintenance regulation is met. This integrated detection system has been employed in the maintenance work of aircraft electrical power systems and good practical application results are achieved.
