摘要 本文结合总线技术的发展和数据采集系统中的需求,提出了一种基于PCI和LabWindows/CVI采集卡的同步采集设计方案,系统以两张NI公司PCI-6224数据采集卡,利用现有的单(32b/33MHz)PCI总线的计算机系统构成低成本的硬件平台,LabWindows8.0为开发软件,利用采集卡ctr0输出连续脉冲频率为2张卡提供同步时钟源,通过外部触发方式控制采集卡实现64路数字信号同步采集系统,本系统可达到8MB/s(4MB×2)的数据采集速率,以低成本、多通道、高速率、通用性为特点,由于在设计中所采用的PCI总线高速数据传输技术具有较强的通用性和灵活性,可应用于其他类似的高速数据采集与处理系统中。 In this paper, combining the development of bus technology and the demands of date acquisition, the author brings forward a design proposal for multi-channel high-speed data acquisition based on instrument programming software Labwindows/CVI and PCI bus, two PCI-6224 data acquisition cards of NI Corporation and labwindows 8. 0 are used as the hardware platform and developing software of the system, which use CTR0 output continuous pulse frequency to offer the synchronizing clock source for two data acquisition cards and external triggering to acquire 64 channels digital signals simultaneously. The speed of the data acquisition can reach 8MB/s (4MB × 2) in this system, which can achieve the low cost, multi-channel, high speed and universality. Thanks to the high-speed transmission technique in PCI bus has stronger universal property acquisition and processing system. and flexibility, it can be applied in other similar high-speed data
